At Souq Garden, we love plants and want you to love them too! We ensure that every plant we deliver closely matches the images and sizes displayed on our website. Since plants are living things, slight variations are natural, but we source only from the best suppliers to maintain top quality.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

  • If you wish to return or reject an order (or a specific item), you can hand it back to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
  • Returned plants or accessories must be in their original packaging. If a plant has been repotted or an accessory’s original packaging is missing, a refund will not be possible.
  • Once the return is accepted, the refund will be processed within 10 working days.

🔄 Change of Mind Policy

  • If you decide to return a plant within 24 hours of receiving it, a pickup fee of AED 40 will apply.
  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted beyond 24 hours after delivery.

⚠️ Conditions Beyond Our Control

  • We do not accept responsibility for plant issues caused by airborne pests or diseases (e.g., box blight, fungal leaf spot, aphids) beyond 7 days of delivery.
