Delivery Locations

 

We currently deliver to the following emirates:

• Dubai

• Sharjah

• Ajman

• Umm Al Quwain

 

We do not currently deliver to Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, or other regions outside the above emirates.

 

Delivery Charges

 

• Standard Delivery: AED 50 for orders below AED 200

• Free Delivery: Orders of AED 200 and above qualify for free delivery

 

Delivery Timeframe

 

All orders are delivered within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are prioritised for next-day delivery, subject to availability.

 

Order Processing

 

Orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Warsan 3, Dubai. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

 

Delivery Conditions

 

All plants and products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order, as plants are perishable and cannot be left unattended for extended periods.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@souqgarden.com or call +971 58 512 0600 and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
