Thank you for shopping with Souq Garden.
Where we deliver
- Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain: standard delivery within 48 hours.
- Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah: scheduled van run on the 1st and 4th Saturday of each month. Please order by the Friday before.
We do not offer same-day or instant delivery.
Delivery charges
- Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain: AED 20, or free on orders over AED 99.
- Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah: AED 50, or free on orders over AED 200.
Order processing
Orders are packed and dispatched from our nursery in Warsan 3, Dubai. For order updates, send your order number to our WhatsApp number +971 58 512 0600.
Receiving your order
Please make sure someone is available to receive the order. Plants are perishable and cannot be left unattended. Check your plants and items when they arrive. If anything is damaged, wrong or not as expected, refuse it with the delivery agent and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
