📝 Description

Rudraksha refers to the sacred seeds of the Elaeocarpus ganitrus tree, traditionally valued in Hindu spirituality. The Rudraksha tree is a large, evergreen species with glossy green leaves, small white flowers, and blue-coloured berry-like fruits. Once dried, the seeds form the well-known Rudraksha beads. Rudraksha beads typically have mukhis (natural lines) on the surface, which define their type and spiritual significance. These beads are widely used for japa malas, meditation, healing practices, and as protective spiritual ornaments. In traditional belief, Rudraksha is considered highly powerful, offering mental clarity, stress relief, protection from negativity, and support for spiritual growth. Trees grow well in tropical climates with good rainfall and moist soil.
